The management team is made up of the CEO/General
Manager and heads of the other departments that co-ordinate the
daily affairs of the company. Individuals in management have several
years of experience and have been in their fields of study for many
years. The management team reports to the Board.
The company also hires and trains its employees from amongst
the local populace many of whom are college graduates, others have
technical certificates, and others just entering the work force
in Sierra Leone.
