ARL is a Zimbabwean based company with a turnover of US$155 million, operating two asbestos mines, five manufacturing companies, six gold mines and a financial services division. Projects included:
- Project appraisal for mine acquisitions in Zimbabwe, Namibia, Kenya, Mozambique and Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Pre-feasibility work for the mining and upgrading of chrome for annual production of 55,000 tonnes of High Carbon Ferrochrome
- Responsibility for the restructuring of the Group's gold mines to bring them back to profitability
